NABEEL M. SALEHEEN
Nabeel is a serial entrepreneur; he started his first company at the age of 16. Since then, he went on to start two technology firms, a real estate investment firm and a nonprofit for under privileged college students.
Nabeel has extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications industry, playing various roles. After Co-Founding Alegix, he quickly determined that what customers needed were full network consulting and project management services and was able to bring in 30 clients within the first month of business. Along with Humayun, Nabeel spearheaded two acquisitions during first year of Alegix.
Nabeel holds a Politics degree from Marymount University and is currently seeking his MBA.
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
HUMAYUN B. NASEER
Humayun holds 4 Bachelor’s Degrees and 2 Master’s Degrees. He also has certifications in:
- Microsoft Certified Professional – MCP
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional – MCITP
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist – MCTS
- Enterprise Mashup Certification – JackBe
- Qualified Ethical Hacking – QEH
Humayun has executed and managed the implementation of Microsoft technologies to automate business processes for IT Enterprise Systems. He is well versed inidentifying needs and exploring solutions; defining business workflows; architect, design, and develop a solution using Microsoft technologies; providing support for deployed solutions; managing one or more small projects; provide training and mentoring to staff adopting solutions; evaluate and implement new Microsoft technologies e.g. SharePoint 2010, Microsoft CRM
VICE PRESIDENT FINANCE & HR
Nisa is VP of Finance and HR over 10 years of experience in the Finance and HR industry.
Nisa’s primary duty is to oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reporting, both internal and external, in compliance with statutory / regulatory requirements. She established all internal policies and procedures and other applicable guidelines. She ensures client requests are processed in an accurate, complete and timely fashion within terms of service level agreements in order to consistently exceed client expectations.
VICE PRESIDENT GLOBAL SALES
Micheal brings over 13 years of Sales experience to Alegix, 7 of which were in management roles.
Micheal is directly responsible for the company’s revenues and development of plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals. He closely works with the marketing function to establish successful channel and partner programs. He manages key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
VICE PRESIDENT GENERAL COUNSEL
DR. MUMTAZ BHATTI, J.D./PH.D.
Dr. Bhatti holds a law degree from American University Washington College of Law and a PhD. in Banking and Financing.
He brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, finance and Law to Alegix. An expert in corporate governance and public securities law, Dr. Bhatti helps to guide the development of policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of Alegix’s business practices. He also has experience in mergers and acquisitions and employment law.
VICE PRESIDENT GLOBAL OPERATIONS: CHINA
CHANCE S. UMAIR
His responsibilities include providing leadership, organization, alignment, monitoring and compliance to insure all operations activities result in the safe, successful, timely and cost effective processing of orders to insure customer and stakeholder satisfaction. He has irresponsibility that include multiple countries and multiple locations globally.

Mr. Saleheen was the founded SHI Constructions in 1995. He brings decades of construction industry expertise, as well as corporate leadership. He become the Chairman after Alegix’s acquasition of SHI Constructions in 2013.
